Envi­ro­Di­a­mond Tech­nolo­gies Inc. (ETI) has devel­oped a det­o­na­tion process called CDP has been devel­oped to con­vert the green­house gas CO2 into dia­mond dust used exten­sively in the abra­sives indus­try. Suc­cess­ful field tests con­ducted in May 2010 con­firmed two impor­tant fea­tures of ETI’s patented diamond-bearing explo­sive for­mu­lated from dry ice. Results clearly show that com­mer­cial­iza­tion tests are the next steps to take, which required more invest­ment and facilities. Tons of CO2 has been col­lected from coal power sta­tions in China, and the increas­ing CO2 stor­age is becom­ing a prob­lem since there is no way to  use it. ETI’s CO2-to-diamond tech­nol­ogy would help solve the prob­lem while cre­at­ing valu­able by-products. An investor is needed for ETI’s next-stage com­mer­cial­iza­tion test and pos­si­ble com­mer­cial­iza­tion in China. Found an investor who con­tributed $25,000 early-stage fund­ing and the facil­i­ties for com­mer­cial­iza­tion tests in China. Nego­ti­ated the agree­ment for tests and com­mer­cial­iza­tion in China on based on the suc­cess of tests. Assisted the tech­nol­ogy owner’s visit in China and his com­mer­cial­iza­tion tests in Beijing.
