|EnviroDiamond Technologies Inc. (ETI) has developed a detonation process called CDP has been developed to convert the greenhouse gas CO2 into diamond dust used extensively in the abrasives industry. Successful field tests conducted in May 2010 confirmed two important features of ETI’s patented diamond-bearing explosive formulated from dry ice. Results clearly show that commercialization tests are the next steps to take, which required more investment and facilities.
||Tons of CO2 has been collected from coal power stations in China, and the increasing CO2 storage is becoming a problem since there is no way to use it. ETI’s CO2-to-diamond technology would help solve the problem while creating valuable by-products. An investor is needed for ETI’s next-stage commercialization test and possible commercialization in China.
||Found an investor who contributed $25,000 early-stage funding and the facilities for commercialization tests in China. Negotiated the agreement for tests and commercialization in China on based on the success of tests. Assisted the technology owner’s visit in China and his commercialization tests in Beijing.
